The food and wait staff are incredible my order was delicious and speedy. One star for the rude lady two seats left of the Togo register who asked me to stand and wait for my order and when I pointed out how rude she was being she said I can go wait elsewhere you’re lucky I’m too passive to say no or you’d still be standing
It was great tasting food
The greeter was less than nice. I sat at down for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. I flagged down a nice gentleman who ended up giving me excellent service. I probably would be sat there longer without any service if I hadn't summoned the nice young man!
It was just ok nothing special
The Dunwoody Village location is poorly managed in terms of staffing. We waited 25 minutes even though there were 11+ empty tables. This has happened here before. I presume they didn’t have enough wait staff to seat us, but they always have 2 or 3 hostesses/hosts not doing very much. Several people who were waiting for a table gave up and left, or we would have had to wait longer. This service and food were good once we were finally seated.
Food was really good. Staff was amazing. Real attention to detail. We're great with kids.
My meal was awesome and the service was even better. Kelly & Sabrina are great, very pleasant, and proficient.
This is another location of a great breakfast chain. The blueberry pancakes are excellent, but I feel almost everything else is pretty much what you would expect in a breakfast restaurant. Unfortunately the service was a little lacking after the order was placed oh, but we were successful in finding others that would help us. For more innovative dishes, you may wish to try first watch which is across the street.
Solid go to for breakfast with enough variety to keep everyone happy. Family-friendly, with delicious juices and seasonal breakfasts so you don't feel like you have to get the same thing every time. I love the Eggs Christopher, the Blueberry Crunch Cakes, and the Breakfast Parfait. Also, in season, give the Creme Brulee French Toast a shot. Very good.
The dunwoody location will always have a special place in my heart. The food is always delicious when we visit!!!!
We had late breakfast here today and as always it’s a solid choice for breakfast or lunch. What I like is that you can get the basics or you can always venture out and try one of their specials or the more unique things on the menu.Today was the basics - country ham, biscuit, grits and eggs - very good! We also tried the maple toast - very nice with or without syrup.
I have eaten at J. Christopher’s a few times and the first time the waitress had a VERY bad attitude. Gave it a second and third time, decent and standard service.Went in for a takeout order during COVID-19. There were several orders lined up for takeout and I take one bag as it was pushed forward to me. I leave, go all the home and there’s an entire meal and a couple of sides. I go back to the restaurant and ask them to remake the order since now I’m having to drive all the way back. I have a soggy waffle and pancakes and cold eggs at this point. They wouldn’t remake it, because they say, “The order wasn’t wrong.” How about you make it CLEAR, that I have more than one bag. The onus should not be in the consumer to look at all the to go bags during a Pandemic.Tried supporting a small business during a Global Pandemic and can’t even get good customer service.
Exceptional Chef delivered. First quality breakfast I have found during my year here in Atlanta. Kudos!!!!!
J. Christopher's is my go-to brunch place! There's something for everyone and the food is always delicious. Great service too!
I met my friend for breakfast at 10am last Saturday. We ate - food was nothing fabulous. Service was good. By 11:50am we were asked to leave. I am not sure why. Was it the color of our skin? Maybe. Were we disturbing other patrons? No. Just so you know the restaurant was empty but we were still asked to leave. I will never be back and neither should you. First watch is better!!
The breakfast at this place is awesome they should be packed out everyday. I got the cheese and bacon jalapeno grits. A fluffy buttery warm soft biscuit. They have different types of jelly, marmalade, apple butter and preserves to spread over that biscuit or toast. You must visit this restaurant for breakfast. I was greeted at the door before I could step my foot through it which I thought was so warm and welcoming. I will be going back to try the choices on their menu which are awesome and I'm sure very good to The Taste.Thank you J. Christopher's
This use to be my go to for breakfast. They have great food and a great staff.
Good food. Nice server but could be a little more attentive to customer. Great restaurant!
Great breakfast. Always a nice experience.
Great Salad! Enjoyed our Sunday Brunch will return to visit Hervey .
Great place for a good breakfast in Dunwoody! Food is good, service is super friendly and the atmosphere is really nice. A winner combination!
Rich selection of tasty dishes and warm, friendly service. Clean and cheerful decor.
Excellent Business Lunch.Ate hear with a business contact for lunch. Had a great meal with excellent service.
This was the first time my husband & I ate there, had breakfast. The Pantry bkfast was really good! I had scrambled eggs, potatoes (light rosemary flavor & very tender), blueberry pancake & turkey sausage patties. Loved the turkey! Great flavor. I'd given 5 stars if the food had been hot upon arrival. All was warm, but delicious still. We look forward to going back!
Enjoyed my blueberry crunch cake. My coffee was cold, my cheese grits was cold and my 1st cup of coffee was ice cold.
The service was fantastic, everyone was friendly, excellent service.
Good food good service
Sadly I ventured to the Village for breakfast. My late husband of just 8 weeks passing, we had wanted to try a breakfast at J Christopher's but he had become too ill to go out. So I managed the courage to go alone. Needless to say, my emotions got the better of me but I pulled myself together. A delightful waitress, Kendra's cheerfulness helped me cheer up. She needs to be commended. The breakfast was really good, bye bye iHop. Tea was served just as I like it with a cup of hot milk as I am a South African and enjoy tea the English way. Thank you for reading my sad story and thank you for a great breakfast.
Friendly service and great food. Good atmosphere for having breakfast or lunch with friends. The dining room is never loud like a lot of places. Servers are attentive and polite. They have a wide selection of dishes.Everything I’ve tried has been really delicious.
Love it! Ronald is the best server ever. The Eggs Benedict are delicious. I get them every time. My kids love the pancakes. Go eat breakfast!
Not 5 star like McKendricks down the road, but that's not always a bad thing.
Fast service. I had the Eggs Benedict. It was done right, great presentation and taste.
My family and I eat at J Christopher’s almost every weekend. It’s never really busy and the food is always good. It is standard breakfast fair but it’s usually cooked well and the coffee is really good.
We were excited to try this place being that it was a brunch spot. I got the eggs Benedict which would have been good if it wasn't cold when it got to our table. My fiancee got pancakes and the syrup was like water, it turns out it was Mrs butters worth. Was hoping for a good brunch but was left unsatisfied.
Kelly and Sabrina are awesome! Great service.
Tried this place for brunch and honestly the food is totally overpriced! I ordered the veggie omelette with oven roasted potatoes and English muffins. The potatoes weren’t cooked well and they were frozen including the peppers that came with the omelette. We’ve had better omelettes at other restaurants but certainly not like this one. The waitress who take care of us was great. Wouldn’t be coming back here again.
Great breakfast at Jchristophers Dunwoody this am. Tight ship and everyone happy! Kudos to Sabrina and Kelly for good management and Isaac for nice service!
Service at this location is below average. I have been eating here regularly and decided I am done with this location. Still a fan of the food but tired of being ignored. Manager seems overwhelmed and not paying attention that servers are not busy and not taking care of customers. Each visit it seemed petty to complain but all combined, decided to go to other locations.
I eat breakfast here about once every other week. Nice selection, not just the usual eggs and bacon, though they do have a penchant for putting fried eggs on just about anything. Very busy on Sunday mornings, less so weekdays about 10 am. Nice staff. Cooks will modify dishes to your liking. I like the Mushroom Crepes. Everything is fresh.
Great experience!!! Sabrina and Kelly specifically were so so helpful regarding our wait and getting our order straight. Great place.
Had my Dunwoody newcomers breakfast group there, everyone's experience was fantastic. Our waitress was so efficient, got the orders correct, the refills on time and everyone's bill correct and mind you there were 16 of us, the food and choices are amazing!!
Love the atmosphere here. Service was fast and lovely. Food was delicious also
After unexplainable service and experience in store, i took a change in ordering through a delivery service. Upon getting my food the order I got was not at all what I ordered. When calling the restaurant for finding out what happened I was transferred to a manager whose suggestion was to come in to the location to get the correct food I’d ordered. While I appreciate the fact he was going to give me this meal at no charge, I now have to go into the location using more time to get the correct order. The Marietta location never disappoints, however I’m less than impressed with the Dunwoody location.
Seemed a little opinionated. Not quite sure. Food was good though.
Super nice staff, clean, bright atmosphere. Fantastic selection of breakfast, brunch or lunch foods. Awesome fall specials ...pumpkin pancakes, apple dishes, and my fave..Grits pie...a sausage & mushroom quiche with a crust from grits! My 14yr old said his food was Delicious!
The food was amazing and so was our waitress. My kids loved the food as well.
Great place to have breakfast in Dunwoody village area. One of the best staff I have seen. The orders are really quick
Good food. Decent prices. I can't say it's spectacular, but it's a very solid breakfast spot.
Cute little brunch spot. Food is good, service was ok.
My husband and I are in from out of town with a very short stay. We wanted a homey breakfast and relaxed atmosphere. J. Christopher’s was a wonderful choice. The food was excellent, can’t go wrong with the Traditional and Just Bubba. Waitress Danielle was so sweet and attentive and the staff was very friendly. If we are ever back in town we will be coming by again. Thank you!
